How can I send service information from a ProxyAV to Blue Coat?
To help diagnose problems on a ProxyAV appliance, Blue Coat Support personnel may request you collect troubleshooting information from the appliance. To do this in the ProxyAV Managemnt Console, go to Advanced / Troubleshooting. From here, you can either download the troubleshooting file (Logs.zip) to your PC (this can take a few minutes) or upload it directly to Blue Coat Support by entering the appropriate Service Request (SR) number.
