Windows event viewer indicate BCAAA error ID 2204 and 2205.

Answer

This is a permission issue. The user running BCAAA must have write access to the BCAAA application directory.
Please check your BCAAA user and install directory permission by following step.

[Check BCAAA login user]
1.Open "Service" CCM
  Start>Settings>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services
2.Check BCAAA "Log On As"


[Check BCAAA install directory permission]
1.Open propaties of BCAAA directory.
 Default install path is following.
  C:\Program Files\Blue Coat Systems\BCAAA
2.Check Security Tab of BCAAA logon user's permission.
 Please add "write permission" if your BCAAA logon user does not have "write" permission.
