I would like to add IP address of outbound server URL to access log.

Answer.

You can accomplish this by adding "r-ip" field into log format.

Below is default log format of "main"

localtime time-taken c-ip sc-status s-action sc-bytes cs-bytes cs-method cs-uri-scheme cs-host cs-uri-port cs-uri-path cs-uri-query cs-username cs-auth-group s-supplier-name rs(Content-Type) cs(Referer) cs(User-Agent) sc-filter-result cs-categories x-virus-id s-ip

You can add "r-ip" field like this.

localtime time-taken c-ip r-ip sc-status s-action sc-bytes cs-bytes cs-method cs-uri-scheme cs-host cs-uri-port cs-uri-path cs-uri-query cs-username cs-auth-group s-supplier-name rs(Content-Type) cs(Referer) cs(User-Agent) sc-filter-result cs-categories x-virus-id s-ip
