Youtube uses a different hostname for android smartphone videos

gdata.youtube.com

the url that identifies the video that is to be played has the following string in it

id=<16 alphanumeric string>

For example:

id=e8aa9a9989bb292f

To block access to the url use the following policy

For CacheOS versions less than 3.2.1.4

<access>
url.host.exact="gdata.youtube.com" url.path.substring="id=e8aa9a9989bb292f" Deny

For CacheOS versions greater than or equal to 3.2.1.4

<Access>
        url.host.exact="gdata.youtube.com" url.path.substring="id=e8aa9a9989bb292f" exception ("policy_denied")
