Answer

When an always_verify policy rule is implemented, the ProxySG appliance injects new Pragma: no-cache header to allow all cache devices in the path towards the OCS server to forward the request to the origin server for object validation.

Pragma: no-cache

When the no-cache directive is present in a request message, an application should forward the request toward the origin server even if it has a cached copy of what is being requested.
