Answer

PacketWise 9.1.1 and higher versions include several new link variables to support IPv6 reporting. Using those variables, you can see how much bandwidth is being used by IPv4 and IPv6. You can also see the non-IP usage.

ipv4-avg-bps : Rate of IPv4 traffic, averaged over the interval, in bits per second
ipv6-avg-bps : Rate of IPv6 traffic, averaged over the interval, in bits per second
ipv4-bytes : Number of bytes of IPv4 traffic that passed through the unit during the specified interval
ipv6-bytes : Number of bytes of IPv6 traffic that passed through the unit during the specified interval
noip-avg-bps : Rate of non-IP traffic, averaged over the interval, in bits per second
noip-bytes : Number of bytes of non-IP traffic that passed through the unit during the specified interval

Depending on which release you are upgrading from, you may need to reset the measurement engine after upgrading.
