In Reporter, what does CURL error '6' mean?

The error you are seeing is per below:

   Failed to read update data from URL. Got CURL error '6'


CURL is a component of the system that is used by Reporter to query sites. In this case, it is querying the Blue Coat Reporter server to check for an update. This error message means that the CURL component could not resolve the address of the Blue Coat update server.  Check the network connectivity of the Reporter server and verify that it is able to resolve URLs. As this component is only to check for updates, this will not affect the overall function of the system.
