Web browsing is slow when ProxyAV is scanning Web content
You are experiencing unresponsiveness or slowness

Resolution

Certain types of traffic can cause performance issues when scanned. Typical symptoms to look for are:

  • Slow response time from the proxy to the user
  • HTTP Client histogram in GUI shows steady increase in number of client workers or numbers that are not representative of the actual number of browser sessions possible in the environment
