Problem Description

You want to kill a Telnet session

Resolution

To kill a Telnet session, use the following commands in the CLI:

SGOS# show sessions
Sessions: 
#   state  type    start                       elapsed 
01  IDLE 
02  PRIVL  telnet  29 Jul 2003 18:37:28 UTC    03:29:10 
03* PRIVL  telnet  01 Aug 2003 22:06:04 UTC    00:00:34 
04  IDLE 
05  IDLE 
06  IDLE 
07  IDLE 
08  IDLE 
09  IDLE 
10  IDLE 
11  IDLE 
12  IDLE 
13  IDLE 
14  IDLE 
15  IDLE 
16  IDLE 
17  IDLE
SGOS# kill <session #>
