How do I set up and report on application Service Level Agreements (SLAs)?
PacketWise's Response Time Measurement (RTM) feature gives you the means to offer and monitor Service Level Agreements. Using this feature, you can set acceptability standards and track whether performance meets those standards.
To define the SLA for a service or application, you set a Total Delay Threshold and a Service Level Threshold. For details, see Set Thresholds in PacketGuide.
