"404 error" when accessing a plug-in page
Why do I sometimes get a "404 Error" (web page not found) when trying to access a plug-in page using the browser interface?
This error is rarely encountered, and does not usually indicate a missing file or broken link. When you reset your unit (for instance, after installing a new plug-in), you can log in to your PacketShaper while it is still loading user interface pages into memory, a process that generally takes a few seconds. If you get a 404 error shortly after resetting your unit, wait a few seconds and then try again.
