How do I RMA a Packeteer device?

Problem Description

My PacketShaper is not working, and I would like Packeteer to replace this piece of hardware (RMA).  How do I go about doing this?


Please call Packeteer Technical Support so that they can troubleshoot with you to determine whether an RMA is needed.
