Problem Description

support.citrix.com - Page cannot be displayed when going through the ProxySG transparently
In transparent proxy deployment http://support.citrix.com is not accessible
Unable to access or display support.citrix.com

 

Resolution

You will need to turn the persistence connection off for this domain.  Install following CPL code into proxy's local file.  If you need assistance installing CPL code into the proxy's local policy file, please see KB3495.  Here is the CPL code that will disable persistent connections to the support.citrix.com website.
