Problem Description

Using Novell SSO, upgraded BCAAA to 5.4.1.x, 5.4.2.x, or 5.5.1.x and internet access goes down
Access to the Internet stops after upgrading SGOS beyond and BCAAA after the 38863 build
The novell_primary_inc.sso file (novell*.sso) grows excessively large (multiple gigabytes in size)


This issue was caused by a bug in the BCAAA software that caused the novell_primary_inc.sso file to grow excessively but has since been corrected. Solution is to upgrade SGOS and BCAAA to or newer.

Note: SGOS 5.4.x and 5.5.x will will reach End of Life (EOL) on August 31st, 2014.
