Resolution

The problem is resolved in SGOS 5.4.4.1 or later.  It is listed as bug 134618 on page 16 in the SGOS 5.4.4.1 release notes.  You may download SGOS 5.4.4.1 located at https://bto.bluecoat.com/download/product/17 .  Please note that current or valid BlueTouch Online credentials will be required to access the update.

For information on how to upgrade SGOS, please see KB3608 for instructions on how to update SGOS on your ProxySG.

Please note that this is a known issue versions prior to SGOS 5.4.4.1 which report a false warning of Power Supply low/high voltage.  Replacing the power supply will clear the error for a while and then the error will be re-occur.
