Problem Description

When creating an IPsec tunnel to Threatpulse, what is the best encryption/authentication protocol to use?
What IPsec proposal should I use when connecting to the Threatpulse service?
What transform set should I use with Threatpulse?/
What IKE proposals should I use?  AES or 3DES?

When connecting to the Blue Coat Cloud (Threatpulse) via IPsec, the optimal encryption mechanism to use is AES.  The Cloud does support 3DES, however Blue Coat recommends using AES for your IKE proposal and IPsec proposal.
