Problem Description

Unable to upload users into Threatpulse Cloud when a duplicate username exists
A test domain is able to upload users into the Threatpulse portal
 

Resolution

The problem has been reported to engineering.  To work around the issue, simply delete or rename one of the duplicate user names.
