Swapping Flash videos causes slow response on the web browser

Problem Description

When you are watching Adobe Flash videos on your browser and swap to another video, it is possible that it takes a long time before the new video is rendered on your screen. At this time, your web browser might appear hung and unresponsive.

A packet capture might show TCP Zero Window with the ProxySG sending some TCP ZeroWindowProbe

Resolution

Enabling HTTP Tunnel On Protocol Error fixes the problem. This is command is only available in SGOS 5.5 and above.
