Solutions ID:    KB5006
Version:    2.0

Problem Description

For example, if you expand the following static route, SNMP response might not go through the new gateway.

From:

inline static-route-table end-500830115-inline
10.10.0.0 255.255.248.0 10.10.12.33
end-500830115-inline

To:

inline static-route-table end-500830115-inline
10.10.0.0 255.255.0.0 10.10.12.33
end-500830115-inline

Workaround

1. Delete and recreate the SNMP UDP listener.

2. Delete the less specific route, send a UDP packet, install the less specific route back.

3. Restarting the ProxySG is a last resort to workaround the problem.
