Problem Description

Example error messages:

Configuration error in /default, object /Inbound/Web/HTTP/dynamic_DNS_Host, attrib iqosBcwfCategory = "103", could not find category "103" in the category table)

Configuration error in /default, object /Inbound/Web/HTTP/Informational, attrib iqosBcwfCategory = "107", could not find category "107" in the category table)

Configuration error in /default, object /Inbound/Web/HTTP/Spam, attrib iqosBcwfCategory = "101", could not find category "101" in the category table)

 

 

Resolution

The error messages indicate that the traffic class matching rules are not able to map the URL category ID in the category table. 

To resolve this problem, reset the URL cache on the PacketShaper and download the URL category mapping table. Use these two CLI commands:
  
setup url reset 
setup url map-download
